EXCHANGES ITEM

For exchanging items, buyers must contact us through whatsapp at 018-6644615 or you can just click this link http://skaistya.wasap.my .

All items must be return within 5 days of receiving your order.

All return items must be in a good condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags and card attached.

Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will post the new one to you with free of charges. 

Any exchange item depends on stock availability. 

Exchanging item only valid for RM70 and above.

Strictly NO REFUND.
